Daily health screenings prior to school drop off will be essential in helping to keep everyone healthy as well as preventing the inconvenience of having to return to school early to pick up your student if they are experiencing symptoms. Please review the checklist below for the Daily Health Screenings:
- Fever (>100.4)
- Headache
- Congestion/Runny Nose
- Sore Throat
- Nausea/Vomiting, Diarrhea
- Fatigue/Muscle or Body Aches
- Cough
- Difficulty Breathing (not due to asthma)
- Loss of Taste or Smell
COVID Related Absence Independent Study Contract
If your student has been quarantined or was otherwise affected by COVID-19 related symptoms or illness, please download and fill out the following Quarantine Independent Study Agreement (fillable PDF) and upload it to Parent Connect in order to excuse your COVID-19 related absences. While you are under quarantine or out of school, your teachers will provide make-up work, as outlined in the terms of the agreement.
